Prosciutto-Wrapped Asparagus

- 16 asparagus, trimmed
 - Extra virgin olive oil
 - Salt and pepper, to taste
 - 8 slices Margherita Prosciutto
 - Parmesan cheese

- Preheat oven to 425°F.
 - On large sheet pan, place asparagus spears, and drizzle with oil, salt and pepper.
 - Lay prosciutto on work surface, and cut each slice in half down middle lengthwise.
 - Sprinkle prosciutto with Parmesan cheese.
 - Wrap prosciutto around each asparagus spear, and arrange in single layer on sheet pan.
 - Bake for 7-10 minutes.
 - Grate Parmesan over top, and serve.
