  • 16 asparagus, trimmed
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 8 slices Margherita Prosciutto
  • Parmesan cheese

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. On large sheet pan, place asparagus spears, and drizzle with oil, salt and pepper.
  3. Lay prosciutto on work surface, and cut each slice in half down middle lengthwise.
  4. Sprinkle prosciutto with Parmesan cheese.
  5. Wrap prosciutto around each asparagus spear, and arrange in single layer on sheet pan.
  6. Bake for 7-10 minutes.
  7. Grate Parmesan over top, and serve.
