Ingredients

  • 8 thick cut challah bread
  • 4 oz butter, soft
  • 1 lb. Natural Smoked Brisket, Sliced Thick
  • 2 oz Muenster Cheese, sliced
  • 2 oz Buffalo Mozzarella, sliced
  • 4 oz Sharp Cheddar, sliced
  • 8 dill pickles, sliced
  • BBQ sauce, for dipping

Preparation

  1. Heat up a large cast iron skillet.
  2. Butter both sides of each slice of the challah bread.
  3. Build each sandwich, bread, muenster cheese, brisket, mozzarella, dill pickle topped shredded cheddar and sliced challah.
  4. Place sandwiches on hot cast iron and grill both sides pressing to a crispy golden brown.
  5. Place in a 250°F oven to melt cheese if needed.
