Leftovers? Think of them as opportunities: the moxie in macaroni and cheese, the sass in salads, the stuff in stuffing. Farmland by Smithfield leaves plenty to the imagination, but nothing behind.

Macaroni and Cheese

Add leftover cubed ham, sliced hot dogs, sliced rope sausage or crumbled bacon.

Turn into a soup with additional cheese sauce and milk. Tomatoes would also be nice addition to the soup.

Pizza

Leftover deli meats and/or bacon would be great pizza toppers.

Make a breakfast pizza with leftover sausage links, ham or bacon.

Salads

Leftover deli meats or ham into pasta salad with leftover veggies; toss with Italian or ranch dressing, or salsa.

Bacon, corn, onion, bell pepper and green chiles tossed in Southwest salad dressing.

Bacon or ham with leftover green beans and any other cooked dried beans (black, kidney, navy, pinto); toss with salsa, garlic and lime juice.

Bacon, ham or salami with leftover chunks of potatoes, onions, cucumbers and bell peppers tossed with mayonnaise/salad dressing and mustard.

Leftover pork chops, pork loin, ham or bacon into waldorf salad (add little curry powder or use blue cheese dressing for a twist).

Chef salad can be made with any leftover deli meats, ham, bacon, pork chops or pork loin.

Soup

Stir leftover bacon into tomato or cheese soup.

Leftover ham or hot dogs into broccoli cheese, tomato, vegetable, or bean soup.

Stir-Fry

Cut leftover pork chops, pork loin, pork cubes, pork steakettes or ham into 1-inch cubes. Stir-fry with an assortment of leftover or fresh/frozen vegetables. Add any flavor stir-fry sauce.
