- 1 loaf French bread
- 20 slices Thick Slice Hickory Smoked Bacon, cut in half
- 20 slices tomato, cut in half
- 40 leaves Boston Bibb lettuce

- Heat convection oven to 350°F. Cut bread into 20 (1-inch thick) slices. Cut each slice in half through the shorter sides of the slice to make 40 slices, approximately 1×2-inches each.
- Wrap 1/2 bacon strip around center of each piece of bread, overlapping ends. Place seam-side down on parchment lined sheet pans.
- Bake at 350°F. until bacon is crisp, approximately 15 minutes.
- To serve, place 1/2 tomato slice on top of each piece of bread. Wrap a lettuce leaf around each and secure with wooden pick if desired.
