Preparation

  1. Warm the pulled pork in skillet over medium heat.
  2. Heat Texas toast in a sandwich press.
  3. Place two pieces of Texas toast on a plate, place pulled pork and poached egg on top and pour BBQ hollandaise over the top.
  4. Repeat for second plate.
