Turkey Fig and Goat Cheese Crostini

Ingredients
- 12 ½ inch slices baguette
- ½ cup fig flavored goat cheese
- 6 oz. deli turkey
- 2 oz. dried figs, chopped
- 1 oz. baby arugula
- 2 oz. chopped pistachios
- ½ teaspoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste

- Lightly grill baguette slices.
- Spread fig flavored goat cheese on each crostini.
- Place 1 oz. turkey over each crostini.
- Sprinkle chopped figs and pistachios over sliced turkey.
- Lightly toss arugula in olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Place over top of crostini.
