Ingredients
- 8 strips Smithfield® Bacon
- 8 beef franks
- 8 bolillo or split hot dog buns
- 1 pt pico de gallo salsa
- Mayonnaise, to liking
- Yellow mustard, to liking
- Red salsa, to liking
- Avocado slices, to liking
- Jalapeño chiles, to liking

- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Wrap beef franks with bacon and place on sheet tray. Roast for 10 minutes.
- Rotate the franks and continue to roast until bacon is rendered golden. Reserve.
- Assemble the doggo to your liking with pico de gallo salsa, mayonnaise, yellow mustard, red salsa, avocado slices and jalapeño chiles on bolillo or split hot dog buns.
