Savory Bread Pudding Strata

Ingredients
- 1 lb. Smithfield® Ham, diced and cooked
- 1 lb. Smithfield® Breakfast Sausage, chopped and cooked
- 1 lb. Smithfield® Bacon, chopped and cooked
- 16-24 oz French bread, 1-inch dice
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 lb. asparagus, diced
- 8 oz baby portobello mushrooms, sliced
- 3-4 Tbsp butter
- 8-12 eggs
- 10-14 oz half and half
- 3 Tbsp granulated garlic
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Gouda cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded

- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place diced bread in a large bowl with cooked meats.
- Cook onion, bell pepper, asparagus and mushrooms in sauté pan with melted butter until soft.
- In separate bowl, whip eggs, half and half, granulated garlic.
- Add cooled cooked vegetables to the bowl. Stir to combine..
- Add cheese and place in vessel of choice.
- Bake for 25-45 minutes and serve.
