The Smithfield Culinary family of brands offers two classic varieties of just about everyone’s favorite cured meat: salami. Both our Genoa and hard salami begin with a blend of pork or blend of pork and beef that is perfectly seasoned and spiced. Our Genoa is then aged, not smoked, while our hard salami is smoked and then aged. Both are available in various formats and formulations to meet specific needs.
