- 3 lbs. Pulled Pork
- ½ cup Kansas City style BBQ rub
- 24 mini steamed buns
Raspberry Wasabi Mustard
- ½ cup plus 2 Tbsp. seedless red raspberry jam
- ¼ cup whole grain mustard
- ¼ cup agave nectar
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp. wasabi powder
House-Made Asian Pickles
- 2 medium cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 2 cups rice wine vinegar
- 2 cups water
- 2/3 cups sugar
- 2 Tbsp. kosher salt

- Raspberry Wasabi Mustard: combine jam, mustards, agave nectar and wasabi powder and mix well. Cover and refrigerate.
- Asian Pickles: place cucumbers in mixing bowl; set aside. In medium size sauce pan, combine vinegar, water, sugar and salt and bring to boil. Remove from heat and pour over cucumbers. Allow to cool; cover and refrigerate.
- On heel of steamed bun, place 2 oz. heated smoked Pulled Pork, 1 teaspoon raspberry wasabi mustard, 2 Asian pickles and crown of bun. Serve immediately.
