  • 1 to 2 tomato slices
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup prepared salad (potato salad, coleslaw or egg salad)
  • 1 (10-inch) flour tortilla

Preparation

  1. Layer lettuce, ham, tomato and salad down center of tortilla.
  2. Fold bottom edge of tortilla about halfway over filling. Fold in sides, overlapping in center, or roll up like an ice cream cone.
  3. Serve with mustard or mayonnaise, if desired.
