  • 8 oz Swiss cheese, julienned
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 oz sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
  • 12 slices dark rye bread

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, combine ham, cheese, mayonnaise and sauerkraut. Cover and chill overnight.
  2. Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
