Sicilian Pizza

Ingredients

  • 30–40 pieces Margherita® Cup ‘N Char Pepperoni 
  • 40 oz. dough ball
  • 4 oz. olive oil
  • 16 oz. pizza sauce
  • 6 oz. mozzarella cheese
  • 4 oz. ricotta cheese
  • 8–10 fresh basil leaves
  • Parmesan cheese, shaved or shredded
  • Hot honey, drizzle

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 575F.
  2. Place par-baked dough in oiled pan.
  3. Top with pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.
  4. Bake for 8 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven. Top with ricotta, fresh basil, Parmesan and hot honey.
