Sliced Brisket Sandwich

Ingredients
- 1 cup baked beans
- 12 slices Smithfield® Smoke’NFast® Brisket
- 8 slices Smithfield® Pre-Cooked Bacon
- 4 pretzel roll buns
- 4 Tbsp barbecue sauce
- 2 Tbsp everything bagel seasoning
- 1 egg white
- 1 white onion, sliced into rings
- 4 slices of American cheese

- Brush tops and bottoms of burger buns with egg white. Liberally apply everything bagel seasoning and bake for five minutes to set the seasoning. Remove from the oven and cool.
- Sear the slices of brisket in a pan to lightly caramelize the outside and warm through. Place bacon in a skillet to crisp lightly.
- Fry the onion rings until golden brown. Set aside.
- Warm baked beans until simmering.
- To assemble each sandwich, place a slice of cheese on the bottom bun and top with brisket, one tablespoon of barbecue sauce, ¼ cup baked beans, two slices of bacon and two onion rings. Repeat steps for other sandwiches.
