Korean BBQ Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 each pizza dough ball, 20 oz
- 2 oz sesame seeds, black and white mixed
- 4 oz Alfredo pizza sauce
- 6 oz mozzarella, freshly shredded
- 2 each ribs, Smithfield® Smoke’NFast® St. Louis Style Ribs
- 4 fl oz Kogi® Korean BBQ Sauce
- 2 Tbsp cilantro sprigs
- 2 Tbsp radish, finely julienned
- 1 Tbsp green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp kimchi, julienned

- Press thawed and proofed dough ball into the sesame seeds along the edge. Carefully stretch to 16 inches wide.
- Top with white sauce and shredded mozzarella.
- Hand-shred the cooked ribs and toss in the barbecue sauce. Evenly top the pizza and bake at 500°F in a deck oven for 8-10 minutes until crispy and cheese melted.
- When pizza comes out, top with cilantro, radish, green onions and kimchi.
- Cut and serve.
