Mortadella Chili Crisp Pizza

- 2 oz. Margherita® Mortadella
- 12 oz. dough ball
- 2 tbsp. garlic
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 oz. burrata
- ¼ cup crushed pistachios
- 2 tbsp. chili crisp
- Balsamic glaze, drizzle

- Preheat oven to 450F.
- Stretch out dough to 12-inch round.
- Top with garlic, mozzarella and mortadella.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until desired color is achieved.
- Remove pizza from oven.
- Tear burrata and place pieces on top.
- Sprinkle crushed pistachios, spoon on chili crisp and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
