  • 2 oz. Margherita® Mortadella
  • 12 oz. dough ball
  • 2 tbsp. garlic
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 oz. burrata
  • ¼ cup crushed pistachios
  • 2 tbsp. chili crisp
  • Balsamic glaze, drizzle

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 450F.
  2. Stretch out dough to 12-inch round.
  3. Top with garlic, mozzarella and mortadella.
  4. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until desired color is achieved.
  5. Remove pizza from oven.
  6. Tear burrata and place pieces on top.
  7. Sprinkle crushed pistachios, spoon on chili crisp and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
