Peach Salumi Pizza

Ingredients

  • 3 slices Margherita® Spicy Capicola
  • 3 slices Margherita® Prosciutto
  • 3 slices Margherita® Mortadella
  • 1 Sicilian square-style pizza dough
  • 3 burrata balls
  • 1 cup mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup peach jam
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 fresh peaches, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fig balsamic glaze
  • 1 bunch basil

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven according to dough instructions.
  2. In a blender, add peach jam and water. Blend until smooth.
  3. Spread peach sauce over pizza dough, then top with mozzarella.
  4. Bake according to dough instructions.
  5. Remove from oven, then top with sliced peaches and torn burrata.
  6. Tear capicola, prosciutto and mortadella and top pizza.
  7. Top with basil, then drizzle with fig balsamic glaze.
  8. Slice and serve.
