Birria Taco Pizza

Ingredients

  • 7 slices Smithfield® Smoke’NFast® Barbacoa
  • 12 oz. dough ball
  • 4 oz. barbacoa sauce
  • 1 cup consommé
  • 8 oz. mozzarella/provolone cheese blend
  • 4 ancho chilies
  • ½ cup chipotles in adobo sauce
  • 2 oz. cilantro
  • 1–2 radishes, sliced
  • ½  white onion, diced

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 450F.
  2. Stretch out dough to 13-inch round and apply barbacoa sauce.
  3. Add barbacoa, ancho chilies, chipotles in adobo sauce, and cheese blend onto pizza dough.
  4. Bake for 8–10 minutes.
  5. Heat up consommé to serve as dipping sauce, and finish pizza with sliced radish, white onion and cilantro.
