Ingredients
- 7 slices Smithfield® Smoke’NFast® Barbacoa
- 12 oz. dough ball
- 4 oz. barbacoa sauce
- 1 cup consommé
- 8 oz. mozzarella/provolone cheese blend
- 4 ancho chilies
- ½ cup chipotles in adobo sauce
- 2 oz. cilantro
- 1–2 radishes, sliced
- ½ white onion, diced

- Preheat oven to 450F.
- Stretch out dough to 13-inch round and apply barbacoa sauce.
- Add barbacoa, ancho chilies, chipotles in adobo sauce, and cheese blend onto pizza dough.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes.
- Heat up consommé to serve as dipping sauce, and finish pizza with sliced radish, white onion and cilantro.
