Runaway Bay Pizza

Ingredients
- 5 oz. Smithfield® Smoke’NFast® Pulled Pork
- 12 oz. dough ball
- 3 oz. Jamaican jerk sauce
- 8 oz. mozzarella/provolone cheese blend
- 3 oz. red onion, sliced
- 3 oz. green pepper, sliced
- 3 oz. roasted red pepper, sliced
- ¼ fresh lime, juiced
- 2 oz. cilantro
- 2 tbsp. hot honey

- Preheat oven to 550F.
- Stretch out dough to 13-inch round. Add ½ of jerk sauce, stopping one inch from edge all around.
- Combine remaining ½ of jerk sauce with pulled pork.
- Add cheese, sauced pork, red onion, green peppers and roasted red peppers to top of dough.
- Cook for about 9 minutes.
- Remove pizza from oven.
- Finish with freshly squeezed lime and cilantro, and drizzle with hot honey.
