Runaway Bay Pizza

Ingredients

  • 5 oz. Smithfield® Smoke’NFast® Pulled Pork
  • 12 oz. dough ball
  • 3 oz. Jamaican jerk sauce
  • 8 oz. mozzarella/provolone cheese blend
  • 3 oz. red onion, sliced
  • 3 oz. green pepper, sliced
  • 3 oz. roasted red pepper, sliced
  • ¼ fresh lime, juiced
  • 2 oz. cilantro
  • 2 tbsp. hot honey

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 550F.
  2. Stretch out dough to 13-inch round. Add ½ of jerk sauce, stopping one inch from edge all around.
  3. Combine remaining ½ of jerk sauce with pulled pork.
  4. Add cheese, sauced pork, red onion, green peppers and roasted red peppers to top of dough.
  5. Cook for about 9 minutes.
  6. Remove pizza from oven.
  7. Finish with freshly squeezed lime and cilantro, and drizzle with hot honey.
