- 4 oz. Margherita® Mortadella
- 12 oz. dough ball
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 4 oz. burrata ball
- 2 oz. house-made or store-bought pistachio pesto

- Preheat oven to 575F.
- Stretch out dough to 12-inch round and brush with olive oil.
- Fold dough in half, on top of itself, and bake for 8–10 minutes.
- Remove dough from oven, open fold and spread burrata inside.
- Fill with mortadella and drizzle with pistachio pesto.
