Pork Serranito Bocadillo

Ingredients
- 2 Smithfield® Pork Tenderloin, steaks
- 2 slices Smithfield® Ham
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 long green bell pepper
- ½ baguette
- ½ tomato, thinly sliced
- Mayonnaise, to liking
- Salt to taste

- In skillet, heat extra virgin olive oil over medium heat.
- Make few holes in bell pepper with toothpick and place in hot oil.
- Fry all over until very tender and skin is blistered and black.
- Remove from oil and place on cutting board.
- Using fork and knife, remove bell pepper’s blistered skin, stem and seeds.
- Cut in half lengthwise. Set aside.
- In same skillet, discard most of olive oil and reserve some to cook pork loin steaks until golden brown. Salt them at end of cooking.
- Cut bread in half lengthwise.
- Spread mayonnaise on both pieces of bread.
- Place tomato slices in sandwich.
- Place loin steaks, bell pepper and sliced ham in sandwich.
