  • 4 slices Kretschmar® Provolone
  • 4 slices Kretschmar® Swiss Cheese
  • 8 oz Smithfield® Smoke’NFast® Corned Beef
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 cup sauerkraut
  • Pickle slices, as desired
  • Thousand Island dressing, as desired
  • 4 sourdough slices
