Curly’s Smoked Brisket Grilled Cheese
- 8 thick cut challah bread
- 4 oz butter, soft
- 1 lb. Curly’s Natural Smoked Brisket, Sliced Thick
- 2 oz Muenster Cheese, sliced
- 2 oz Buffalo Mozzarella, sliced
- 4 oz Sharp Cheddar, sliced
- 8 dill pickles, sliced
- BBQ sauce, for dipping
Meal Course:Dinner, Lunch
- Heat up a large cast iron skillet.
- Butter both sides of each slice of the challah bread.
- Build each sandwich, bread, muenster cheese, brisket, mozzarella, dill pickle topped shredded cheddar and sliced challah.
- Place sandwiches on hot cast iron and grill both sides pressing to a crispy golden brown.
- Place in a 250°F oven to melt cheese if needed.
