- 3 slices sandwich bread,toasted
- 2 large lettuce leaves
- 3 (2-oz.) slices Apple Cinnamon Pork Loin, heated
- 1 (3/4-oz.) slice American cheese
- 1 (3/4-oz.) slice Swiss cheese
- 2 large tomato slices
- 3 slices Apple Cider Cured Bacon, cooked crisp and drained

- Place one lettuce leaf on top of one slice of toasted bread. Fan warm pork loin slices on top of lettuce.
- Place American cheese on top of pork loin. Top with another slice of toast and then Swiss cheese.
- Place lettuce leaf, tomato and bacon on top of Swiss cheese. Top with remaining slice of toast. Insert 2 wooden picks and cut in half to serve.
