• 3 slices sandwich bread,toasted
  • 2 large lettuce leaves
  • 3 (2-oz.) slices Apple Cinnamon Pork Loin, heated
  • 1 (3/4-oz.) slice American cheese
  • 1 (3/4-oz.) slice Swiss cheese
  • 2 large tomato slices
  • 3 slices Apple Cider Cured Baconcooked crisp and drained

  1. Place one lettuce leaf on top of one slice of toasted bread. Fan warm pork loin slices on top of lettuce.
  2. Place American cheese on top of pork loin. Top with another slice of toast and then Swiss cheese.
  3. Place lettuce leaf, tomato and bacon on top of Swiss cheese. Top with remaining slice of toast. Insert 2 wooden picks and cut in half to serve.
