Garlic Rosemary Grilled Chops
- 3 cups fat-free Italian dressing
- 1 ½ cups coarsely chopped fresh rosemary
- ½ cup minced garlic
- ½ cup coarse ground black pepper
- 50 Boneless Butterfly Chops
- Combine Italian dressing, rosemary, garlic and pepper; brush onto both sides of chops.
- Grill over medium heat 5 to 8 minutes per side, until internal temperature reaches 150°F., brushing occasionally with remaining seasoning mixture.
