Korean Pizza


  • 1 each pizza dough ball, 20 oz
  • 2 oz sesame seeds, black and white mixed
  • 4 oz Alfredo pizza sauce
  • 6 oz mozzarella, freshly shredded
  • 2 each ribs, Smithfield® Smoke’NFast® St. Louis Style Ribs
  • 4 fl oz Kogi® Korean BBQ Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp cilantro sprigs
  • 2 Tbsp radish, finely julienned
  • 1 Tbsp green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp kimchi, julienned

  1. Press thawed and proofed dough ball into the sesame seeds along the edge. Carefully stretch to 16 inches wide.
  2. Top with white sauce and shredded mozzarella.
  3. Hand-shred the cooked ribs and toss in the barbecue sauce. Evenly top the pizza and bake at 500°F in a deck oven for 8-10 minutes until crispy and cheese melted.
  4. When pizza comes out, top with cilantro, radish, green onions and kimchi.
  5. Cut and serve.
