Korean BBQ Pulled Pork


  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 18 oz Smithfield® Smoke’NFast® Pulled Pork
  • 4 Tbsp gochujang
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 12 Tbsp shredded cheddar cheese
  • 24 oz grilled pineapple salsa (recipe to follow)

  1. Take pulled pork and place in a bowl. Add the gochujang, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder, ground ginger and sesame oil, then mix together thoroughly. Transfer pork to a pan, cover and heat until internal temperature reaches 165°
  2. Using either a well-seasoned flat grill or a non-stick pan, heat on medium heat. Place one tablespoon of cheddar cheese on the flat top/pan. Place a corn tortilla on top of the cheese and press down. Cook for about two to three minutes or until the cheese begins to bubble and the oil from the cheese starts to seep out.
  3. Remove from the heat and place 1.5 ounces of the Korean BBQ pork filling into the tortilla and then fold in half.
  4. Top the taco with a tablespoon of the Grilled Pineapple Salsa and enjoy.
