Koren Style Glazed Pork Wings


  • 8 Smithfield Smoke’NFast  Boneless Pork Wings
  • 3 Tbsp Korean red chile paste (gochujang)
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ½ cup + 1 Tbsp light soy sauce, divided
  • 1 cup napa cabbage
  • 2 cups hearts of romaine lettuce
  • 1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1 Tbsp + 2 tsp toasted sesame seed oil, divided
  • ¼ cup + 1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar, divided
  • Green onions, julienned, for garnish

Dish Type:



  1. Combine gochujang paste, maple syrup, ½ cup light soy sauce, ¼ cup rice wine vinegar, and 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seed oil, and mix well.
  2. Place pork wings in same bowl, and mix, coating well.
  3. Place in preheated 350°F oven, and cook thoroughly, rotating pork wings to keep a consistent texture.
  4. Shred napa cabbage and romaine hearts, and add 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seed oil, 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar and 1 tablespoon light soy sauce.
  5. Assemble salad on plate, and place pork wings over it.
  6. Garnish with julienned green onions.
