Mortazza Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. Margherita® Mortadella
  • 12 oz. dough ball
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 oz. burrata ball
  • 2 oz. house-made or store-bought pistachio pesto

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 575F.
  2. Stretch out dough to 12-inch round and brush with olive oil.
  3. Fold dough in half, on top of itself, and bake for 8–10 minutes.
  4. Remove dough from oven, open fold and spread burrata inside.
  5. Fill with mortadella and drizzle with pistachio pesto.
