Pepperoni with Spinach Artichoke Pinwheel

Ingredients
- 8 oz Margherita® Sandwich Size Pepperoni
- 8 oz refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 tub (16 oz) spinach artichoke dip
- 1 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 sprigs fresh oregano, chopped
- 1 large egg, separated

- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In small bowl, combine pepperoni, cheese, oregano and egg yolk. In another small bowl, whisk egg white until foamy; set aside.
- Separate crescent dough into 4 rectangles; seal perforations.
- Spread dip on crescent dough rectangles.
- Spread pepperoni mixture over each rectangle to within 1/4 inch of edges. Roll up, starting with short side; pinch seems to seal. Cut into 6 slices.
- Place cut-side down on greased baking sheets and brush tops with egg white. Bake until golden brown, 12-15 minutes. Serve warm.
