  • 4 oz Pork Rind Pellets (large)
  • 1 cup refried black beans, heated
  • 4 oz. shredded romaine lettuce
  • 4 oz. pico de gallo
  • 4 oz. queso fresco
  • 8 oz. salsa
  • 8 oz. sour cream

Preparation

  1. Combine Latin Rub ingredients; set aside.
  2. Cook Pork Rind Pellets according to package directions.
  3. Season with 1 Tbsp. Latin Rub; set aside.
  4. Build tostadas: 1 pork rind, black beans, shredded romaine, pico de gallo and queso fresco.
  5. Serve with salsa and sour cream on the side.
