Pulled Pork Benedict
- 4 pieces Texas toast, buttered
- 1/2 lb. Pulled Pork
- 4 eggs, poached
- BBQ hollandaise

- Warm the pulled pork in skillet over medium heat.
- Heat Texas toast in a sandwich press.
- Place two pieces of Texas toast on a plate, place pulled pork and poached egg on top and pour BBQ hollandaise over the top.
- Repeat for second plate.
