Quesabirria Barbacoa Sliders

Ingredients
- 4 King’s Hawaiian® Rolls
- 1 oz butter
- 8 oz Smithfield® Smoke’NFast® Shredded Beef Brisket (see birria recipe below)
- 4 oz Mexican cheese, shredded (preferably Oaxaca, Manchego or Mozzarella)
- 2 oz white onion, diced
- 2 Tbsp cilantro sprigs
- 1 cup birria beef broth

- Carefully separate 4 rolls, keeping them in a cluster of 4. Slice in half and toast with butter until brown and crispy on flattop.
- Place 4 oz shredded cheese on flattop for 2 minutes until melted and slightly crispy on the edges. Place the top bun onto the cheese and remove.
- Reheat brisket on flattop until hot. Place on bottom bun. Top meat with half of the white onions and cilantro sprigs. Close sandwich.
- Serve with 1 cup of the beef broth on the side and garnish with the remaining diced white onion and cilantro.
