Ramen with Bacon

Ingredients
- 1 packet instant ramen
- 1 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 3 slices Smithfield® Pre-Cooked Bacon, crumbled
- 1 chive, halved
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- ½ oz carrots, sliced
- Lime wedge, for garnish
- Cilantro, minced, for garnish
- 1 ½ Tbsp green onion, sliced

- Boil water per instructions on the ramen packet. Add the seasoning packet and fish sauce.
- Add carrots to the broth to cook until tender. Add ramen noodles and crumbled bacon. Cover per instructions.
- Stir in the mushrooms and green onions into the broth.
- Pour noodles, carrots, mushrooms, bacon and broth into a bowl. Garnish with lime wedge, cilantro, chives and green onions.
