  • 5 slices Margherita® Prosciutto
  • 12 oz. dough ball
  • 3 oz. house made roasted garlic cream sauce
  • 8 oz. mozzarella/provolone cheese blend
  • 2 oz. roasted sweet corn
  • 3 oz. zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 3 oz. summer squash, thinly sliced
  • 2 oz. Gorgonzola cheese
  • 1 serrano pepper, thinly sliced

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 550F.
  2. Stretch out dough to 13-inch round.
  3. Spread house-made roasted garlic cream sauce evenly over top.
  4. Add cheese blend, sweet corn, zucchini, pepper and squash.
  5. Bake for about 9 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven. Finish with ribbons of prosciutto and torn Gorgonzola.
