  • 4-inch white baguette, sliced lengthwise
  • 1 1/2 oz. sliced Farmland® Apple Cinnamon Pork Loin

  • 1/2 oz. thinly sliced bell pepper
  • 1/2 oz. thinly sliced red onion

  1. Spread peanut sauce onto heel and crown of bread. Place pork loin and ham on heel.
  2. Sauté peppers and onions until tender-crisp; place on crown. Top with cheese.
  3. Broil heel and crown of sandwich until heated and cheese is melted. Sprinkle lettuce on heel and close sandwich to serve.
