Ingredients
- 1/2 oz. sweet onion mustard
- 4-inch white baguette, sliced lengthwise
- 1 oz. thinly sliced Smithfield® Honey Ham
- 2 kosher dill pickle planks
- 1 (1/2-oz.) slice Swiss cheese
- 2 (1-oz.) slices Smithfield® Honey and Brown Sugar Pit Ham
- 2 (1/2-oz.) slices Smithfield® Apple Cinnamon Pork Loin
- 4-inch white baguette
- 1/2 oz. sweet onion mustard
- 1 oz. sweet pickle slices
- 1 (1/2-oz.) slice Swiss cheese

- Spread mustard onto heel and crown of bread. Place pork loin and ham on heel.
- Spread mustard onto heel of baguette; top with ham and pork loin.
- Place pickles and cheese on crown. Broil until heated and cheese is melted. Close sandwich to serve.
- Place pickles on crown of baguette; top with cheese.
- Place heel and crown on wire rack and pass through conveyor oven. Close sandwich to serve.
