  • 12 ½ inch slices baguette
  • ½ cup fig flavored goat cheese
  • 6 oz. deli turkey
  • 2 oz. dried figs, chopped
  • 1 oz. baby arugula
  • 2 oz. chopped pistachios
  • ½ teaspoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Lightly grill baguette slices.
  2. Spread fig flavored goat cheese on each crostini.
  3. Place 1 oz. turkey over each crostini.
  4. Sprinkle chopped figs and pistachios over sliced turkey.
  5. Lightly toss arugula in olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Place over top of crostini.
