Savory Bird Bowl

Ingredients
- ½ cup quinoa
- 1 cup water
- ½ cup millet
- 2 CUP water
- 2 cups milk
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 4 Tbsp. water
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 4 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 8 oz. Pulled Chicken, cooked
- 6 oz. broccoli florets, blanched
- 3 oz. Bacon, cooked and chopped

- Cook the quinoa on medium heat covered with the 1 cup water, then set aside
- Cook the millet on medium heat covered with 2 cups water, set aside
- Both grains should be tender and light
- Heat the milk to 200 degrees
- In a small bowl, mix together the cornstarch and 4 Tablespoons water
- Stream in the cornstarch slurry, bring to a simmer and cook until thickened
- Whisk in the cream cheese and the cheddar cheese
- Season with salt and pepper
- Portion each bowl with 1 cup total of the cooked grains, 2 oz pulled chicken, 1 1/2 oz broccoli florets, 3/4 oz chopped bacon.
- Drizzle with 1/2 cup cheese sauce
