Bacon-Wrapped Water Chestnuts

Ingredients
- 1 lb. Smithfield® Bacon, cut in half
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups ketchup
- 2 8-oz. cans water chestnuts, drained
- Toothpicks

- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Combine brown sugar, Worcestershire and ketchup until smooth.
- Wrap each water chestnut with a bacon piece, overlapping the ends, then secure with a toothpick. Line these in an oven-safe baking dish, and bake for 20 minutes. Drain off excess grease.
- Pour the sauce over the water chestnuts, and place back into the oven to continue to cook. Bake for another 50-60 minutes, or until bacon crisps up.
