• 12 slices of Bacon
  • 4, 12” flour tortillas
  • 16 tomato slices
  • ½ cup avocado spread
  • 10 oz. of lettuce, chiffonade
  • 1 tsp. Kosher Salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper

  1. Cook the bacon, chiffonade the lettuce, slice the tomato.
  2. Heat the tortilla lightly on the flat grill.
  3. Spread 2 tablespoons of avocado spread evenly over one side of each tortilla.
  4. Place 2.5 oz. of lettuce in the center of the tortilla.
  5. Top with 4 slices of tomatoes and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Add three slices of the cooked bacon.
  7. Fold the right and left edges in towards the center.
  8. Lift the bottom flap or tortilla and fold over the filling.
  9. Roll up burrito, style applying pressure with rolling.
  10. Cut in half diagonally and serve.
