- 4–5 slices Margherita® Prosciutto
- 12 oz. dough ball
- 2 oz. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 oz. roasted garlic
- 6 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese
- 2 oz. baby arugula
- 2 oz. fig jam
- Balsamic glaze, drizzle
- 1 oz. Parmesan cheese, grated

- Preheat oven to 575F.
- Stretch out dough to 12-inch round and brush with olive oil.
- Top dough with roasted garlic and fresh mozzarella.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes
- Take pizza out of oven and top with fig jam, arugula, balsamic glaze, Parmesan cheese and prosciutto.
