  • 4–5 slices Margherita® Prosciutto
  • 12 oz. dough ball
  • 2 oz. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 oz. roasted garlic
  • 6 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 2 oz. baby arugula
  • 2 oz. fig jam
  • Balsamic glaze, drizzle
  • 1 oz. Parmesan cheese, grated

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 575F.
  2. Stretch out dough to 12-inch round and brush with olive oil.
  3. Top dough with roasted garlic and fresh mozzarella.
  4. Bake for 8–10 minutes
  5. Take pizza out of oven and top with fig jam, arugula, balsamic glaze, Parmesan cheese and prosciutto.
