Hoisin Sticky Bun Boneless Pork Chop

- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. minced ginger
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 4 Boneless Pork Chops

- Combine all ingredients except pork chops in mixing bowl. Add pork chops, making sure to coat all sides. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
- Place medium sauté pan on high heat. Add pork to pan and cook on both sides until caramelized and internal temperature reaches 145°F. Let stand 3 minutes before serving.
- Serve with steamed bao buns.
