- 4 oz Kretschmar® Roast Beef (Top Round London Broil), thinly sliced
- 2 slices Kretschmar® Swiss Cheese
- 3 oz Smithfield® Smoke’NFast® Pot Roast, warmed and shredded
- 1 toasted hoagie roll or soft Midwest-style bun
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 oz onions, caramelized
- 1 oz mushrooms, sauteed
- 1 Tbsp horseradish mayo
- 1 Tbsp beef jus (optional) Horseradish Mayo
- 3 cups mayonnaise
- 1 cup prepared horseradish
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp black pepper

- Toast roll with butter.
- Warm roast beef and pot roast together. Optionally, drizzle with touch of jus.
- Layer meat onto roll.
- Add caramelized onions, sauteed mushrooms and cheese.
- Melt cheese under salamander or broiler.
- Finish with horseradish mayo.

- Mix ingredients and hold cold.
