  • 4 oz. Margherita® Genoa Salami
  • 4 oz. Margherita® Capicola
  • 4 oz. Margherita® Pepperoni
  • 6–8 in. tomato focaccia
  • 4 oz. provolone cheese, sliced
  • 2 tbsp. hot giardiniera, drained
  • Extra virgin olive oil, to taste
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Slice focaccia in half.
  2. On bottom half, add sliced salami, capicola and pepperoni.
  3. Add hot giardiniera and provolone.
  4. Add top of sandwich, brush top and bottom with olive oil, salt and pepper, and grill sandwich.
