Pork Medallions, Whiskey Glaze

- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup whiskey
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. granulated garlic
- 1 Tbsp. onion powder
- 4 Pork Medallions

- For whiskey glaze: Combine all Ingredients except pork in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat until reduced and sauce is slightly thickened.
- Season medallions with olive oil, sea salt and cracked pepper.
- Heat grill to high.
- Brush grates with olive oil. Grill medallions until internal temperature reaches 145° F, turning occasionally and brushing with whiskey glaze. Let stand 3 minutes before serving.
