  • 3 oz. bell pepper strips
  • 2 oz. thinly sliced onions
  • 1 Smithfield® Black Angus 2/1 Frank, cooked thoroughly
  • 1 (10-oz.) loaf garlic bread, toasted
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 2 oz. shredded mozzarella-Parmesan blend cheese

Preparation

  1. Sauté peppers and onions until tender.
  2. Place cooked frank on toasted garlic bread. Top with marinara, peppers and onions. Sprinkle with cheese and place under broiler to melt.
