  • 2 lb. Ground Pork
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 2 (10.5-oz.) cans beef broth
  • 1 (15-oz.) can tomato sauce
  • ½ (1-oz.) square unsweetened chocolate
  • ¼ cup chili powder
  • 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
  • 1 tsp. granulated garlic
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • ¼ tsp. ground cayenne pepper
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 oz. spaghetti, cooked according to package directions
  • ¼ tsp. ground cloves

Preparation

  1. Cook pork and onion in large skillet over medium-heat until well browned; drain.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients except spaghetti and salt and pepper. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 1 hour. Add salt and pepper to taste; remove bay leaves.
  3. Serve over cooked spaghetti.
