  • 1/2 cup turbinado or brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup paprika
  • 1/2 cup salt
  • 1/4 cup ground cumin
  • 1/4 cup chili powder
  • 1/4 cup black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons granulated garlic
  • 2 tablespoons granulated onion
  • 1 tablespoon chipotle chile powder
  • 1 tablespoon ancho chile powder
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • Ribs or Pork Butt

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients; mix well. Store in covered container and use as needed.
  2. Coat Ribs with 2 to 3 tablespoons of rub. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours prior to cooking. Great on Pork Butt also.
